Q. What do you charge for shipping and handling?
We do not charge a handling fee. Shipping depends on the size and weight of the item ordered. Orders over $100 enjoy free shipping. All Internet orders are shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. For faster shipments, please call us at: 508-752-5150.
Q. How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there?
Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Your online orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or by the USPS Priority mail. Q. Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page.
International Orders
Sorry. We are not currently accepting orders outside the continental US.
Q. Receipt of Purchase / Order Confirmation
After filling out and submitting your order, two things will happen: your order confirmation information will display on screen and the same information will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please take the opportunity to print off the order confirmation for future reference.
Your product will be shipped the next business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. EST. The confirmation number that displays after completing an order is your record of your order. You should retain a copy of this number for your records. If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser.
Q. Shipping and Handling Refunds
There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges unless Healing Hands Chiropractic LLC has shipped the order incorrectly. Prior return authorization by is required.
Please note, expected shipment times are when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our store, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
Healing Hands Chiropractic, LLC. is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax item we sell. Currently we are collecting MA state sales tax.
Purchasers may pay with Visa Card, Master Card and the American Express Card or by mailing a cashier check. All payments must be made in United States Currency. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
All products still in their original shipping container that have not been opened or installed may be returned, with authorization approvable from our sales department within 10 days from purchase date. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all non-vitamin products returned with approval by our sales department. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations.
Final sales are clearly noted at the time of purchase. Final Sales are non-refundable.
Make sure to print or save electronically any records related to your online transactions. This will help you keep track of shipping dates, shipping and handling fees, and other details of your transactions.
