Preparing for Your Session

1. Drink water! A minimum of 64 ounces of water per day will help your body process and flush fat from your system. Stay hydrated before your treatment and after! The red and infrared lights are attracted to well-hydrated cells.
2. Limit food intake. Eat only a light meal or nothing 2 hours before and after your scheduled appointment. Avoid foods high in fat and carb content.
3. Wear comfortable clothing. The areas being treated must be exposed directly to the light. Women typically wear shorts and a sports bra, or bikini top and bottom. Men generally wear athletic shorts.
4. Avoid alcohol. Alcohol dehydrates you, decreasing the effectiveness of the light. It also turns into fat, working against the treatment! For best results, refrain from alcohol the day before treatment.
5. Decrease Caffeine. Caffeine, like alcohol, will dehydrate you which will lessen your results. Completely eliminate caffeine if possible.

If your response to the treatment is favorable, you will have an opportunity to purchase more visits at a discounted rate. Your first visit will be approximately 60 minutes and will consist of a consultation, evaluation, measurements and treatment.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.

On Arrival

Our office is located in a Victorian style building. You are welcome to walk right into our main office on the first level when you arrive. (No need to ring the doorbell.) In consideration for the safety of our staff and clients, we are only scheduling one consultation at a time. Our front desk staff will direct you to the restroom to wash your hands before offering you paperwork to complete.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will be subject to lose the price of the treatment. Due to the limited number of appointments we are able to offer, it is important that we have ample time to offer your time slot to another patient.
