Massage Types:
Deep Tissue:
- Designed for anyone who requires a more intense massage. Deep strokes with added pressure on specific areas will reduce stress and release constriction.
Half Hour -$40. One Hour – $75.
Hot Stone:
- Warm, smooth stones are added to a traditional Swedish massage. as the stones glide over the muscle tissue, they dissolve muscle tension and induce deep relaxation.
One Hour – $85.
Lymphatic:
- This form of massage aids in the increase of lymph flow which removes harmful substances from the tissues and increases immune function.
Half Hour – $40. One Hour – $75.
Myofascial Release:
- A gentle form of soft tissue therapy used to treat pain and restriction of motion by the use of opposing stretching of the layers of muscle tissue.
Half Hour – $40. One Hour – $75.
Swedish:
- Traditional Swedish techniques (long strokes, minimal pressure) are used to relieve muscle soreness, increase circulation and induce a state of total relaxation.
Half Hour – $40. One Hour $75.
Prenatal:
- (2cd & 3rd trimester only please)
- Designed for expectant mothers to relax and receive some much needed nurturing. Extra Care and attention are given to muscles involving the lower back, hips and feet to alleviate the added strain from the weight gain and fluid buildup in pregnancy.
Half Hour – $40. One Hour – $75.
Peppermint Salt Glow:
- Exfoliates and revitalizes tired skin by removing dead skin cells leaving the skin smooth, silky and re-energized.
Half Hour – $45.
Peppermint Delight:
- Peppermint Salt Glow and 30 minute peppermint aromatherapy massage.
One Hour – $80.
